Introduction
We manufacture a revolutionary system for fastening waterproofing materials to industrial roof, tunnel and
civil engineering structures – a system that includes some patented bonding equipment and a range of high
performance fasteners. We have a long strong track record with customers globally who like to work with us
and our system. But now we are looking for motivated and experienced sales agents to help grow our sales
and brand across Europe and internationally.
We have also developed an exciting new safety product for professionals who work at height, to be launched
soon, and we’re looking for sales professionals internationally to represent our product in this market also.

USP (what do we do and why better than competitors)
Our Centrix electro-bonding system is a revolutionary new single-ply membrane attachment system for
industrial roofing, tunnelling and general waterproof lining applications. The membrane is rapidly heat
bonded to our special coated fasteners, resulting in a very strong watertight securement that’s better than all
current methods used in the industry. This system gives installers flexibility to work quicker, at lower cost,
giving end customers the highest performance waterproofing solution.
Valro is a 32 year old UK based company, with considerable technical knowledge of our products and
experience in our industry. We design and manufacture all our products, and are ISO 9001 registered.

 
Expected Work
We require motivated sales agents across Europe and international with experience in our market sector,
and with skills to sell technical industrial products on a B2B basis. We would like the agent to professionally
represent our company and products as our local “sales engineer”, to find both new sales opportunities and
to support our existing customer base.
New customers will initially require face-to-face product demonstrations and some limited product training,
guidance and support. Once they become established, we must focus on customer service and long term
relationships. Target customers are waterproofing membrane OEMs, specifiers, architects, building owners,
contractors, distributors and tool hire companies.
Occasionally a customer may have problems at a job site that may require a site visit from our “sales
engineer” to help resolve these matters for us locally. Valro will of course support the sales agent in any way
possible from our HQ in UK.
